1. Grant of License

Fast Designer (“Licensor”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Fast Designer software (“Software”) free of charge for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This license grants the right to use the Software only. No ownership rights are transferred.

2. No Source Code Distribution

The Software is licensed, not sold.
The source code is proprietary and confidential and is not provided under this Agreement.

You may not:

  • Access, copy, modify, or distribute the source code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law
  • Create derivative works based on the Software

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes
  • Use the Software in a way that harms, disables, or overburdens services connected to it

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Fast Designer, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

This Agreement does not grant any rights to trademarks, branding, logos, or service marks of Fast Designer.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor may:

  • Update or modify the Software at any time
  • Add or remove features
  • Discontinue the Software without prior notice

Updates may be automatic unless disabled by the user.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software

Total liability shall not exceed zero (0) USD since the Software is provided free of charge.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
